Shipping Policy

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Estimated processing time is 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times can vary by destination, carrier, customs, weather, and peak periods.

Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. For a materially delayed or missing shipment, contact support@nourishwear.shop so we can investigate with the carrier.
